Program “Electromechanical Automation Systems, Electric Drive and Electromobility”,faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automatics of “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”

Postgraduate school

Postgraduate school at the Department of AEMS-ED

Postgraduate and doctoral studies are forms of training of scientific and pedagogical and scientific personnel of the highest qualification. Postgraduate and doctoral studies are conducted at higher educational institutions of the third or fourth levels of accreditation and postgraduate educational institutions equated to them, in scientific institutions with highly qualified scientific and pedagogical and scientific staff, modern research, experimental and material base.

AEMS-ED Postgraduate (PhD) and undergraduate Training Program 2019

AEMS-ED Postgraduate (PhD) and undergraduate Training Program 2020

Postgraduate students, applicants and doctoral students are trained in the following specialties:

  1. 05.13.07 – “Automation of control processes”;
  2. 05.09.03 – “Electrical complexes and systems”.

According to the specified specialties in NTUU “Igor Sikorsky KPI” there are specialized councils for the defense of dissertations.

Current state

Currently, four second-year postgraduate students are studying in the postgraduate school of the department: Anna Zemlyanukhina, Yevhen Nikonenko, Danylo Kalugin and Oleksiy Burmelyov; and one 1st year postgraduate student Dmytro Rodkin. They take an active part in research, organizational and pedagogical work of our department.

Work curricula, syllabi and educational programs are uploaded in the Disciplines page.

Recent candidates and doctors of sciences

Congratulations to the recently defended doctor of technical sciences Kovbasa S.M. and candidate of technical sciences Zaichenko Y.M.!

Postgraduate students who are now preparing for their defenses are Zhelinsky M.M. and Reshetnyk V.S. We wish them productive training and successful defense!

Short summary (history from ~ 2000 till 2021)
