The purpose of the credit module “Electromechanical systems of typical technological applications-3. Coursework ”is the preparation of students in the field of design of modern electromechanical systems for automation of general industrial mechanisms. The main tasks of the credit module “Electromechanical systems of typical technological applications-3. Coursework “is the acquisition of practical skills and abilities to solve problems of automation of a specific technological object of general industrial purpose.
The course work consists of the following items:
1. Brief description of the technological process.
2. Requirements for the automated electric drive of the technological object of the general industrial mechanism.
3. The choice of technological equipment.
4. Calculation of parameters of the structural scheme.
5. Synthesis and research of the regulator of technological parameter.
6. Brief description of programming and setting of the frequency converter for this technological process.
7. Development of electrical circuit diagram.
8. Development of the scheme of external connections.
