The automation system algorithm, which allows matching the work of the injection device and the masticator for the intelligent sensors inletting in specialized polymer moldings, was developed. Therefore, the above-mentioned system allows the sensors to be injected directly into the cross-section set stepped coordinates of the product. The vector controlled asynchronous electric drive was selected in order to provide required motion modes. The results of experimental studies confirmed the possibility of the system algorithm practical implementation.

By the decision of the Administrative Council and the selection committee of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, the educational process for full-time and part-time higher education applicants will begin from February 01, 2021/22 academic year. University is in distant mode until 19.03.2022.
