Seminars with employers and graduates of the department continue

Seminars with graduates and employers of the Department of Automation of Electromechanical Systems and Electric Drive continue. Another such event took place on Friday, April 07, 2023, at 12.20 in the Zoom environment with the participation of Yevhen Terletskyi, who is now an employee of TESLA. The seminar was dedicated to writing programs for industrial automation systems using Sequencers according to the following plan:

  1. Review of the finished program (simulation using the HMI).
  2. The process of creating program whiteness (selecting fixed and transient states and writing the program itself).
  3. An example of an inappropriate use of Sequncer (writing a short program to control the water level in a tank).
  4. Combining the two programs into one and trying to add standard elements in all industrial machines (work indicator, safety part, use of libraries).

The meeting, which lasted more than 3 hours and aroused considerable interest, was attended by students of the 1st-5th years.
