Онлайн-марафон «Молода енергія» – нові навички для майбутніх спеціалістів енергетичної сфери, який реалізує Молодіжна організація «СТАН» за підтримки Агентства США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID) у межах програми «Проект енергетичної безпеки».

У програмі марафону:

  • лекції експертів у енергетичній сфері: інновації, сучасні світові тренди в галузі, енергетика міста, енергетична безпека й кризові ситуації енергетики;
  • розвиток м’яких навичок: системне мислення, комунікаційні компетенції, вміння вчитися та самоорганізація, управління командою;
  • інформація із суміжних галузей для всебічного розвитку: основи менеджменту, взаємозв’язок енергетичної сфери з економікою та державним управлінням.

Щоб отримати сертифікат про проходження марафону, потрібно взяти участь у щонайменше 6 подіях.
