Citizens of Ukraine who have higher education and qualified specialist or master are accepted to graduate with a separation and on the job. Graduate training is carried out only by earmark for university departments and other country universities, businesses and organizations. Graduate training for businesses and organizations, universities private ownership provides compensation costs for university training scholarships paid (in case of full-time studying) to a student.

Postgraduate training is a preparation form of higher qualification scientific-pedagogical and scientific personnel. Postgraduate is opened at the third or fourth accreditation level higher education institutions and similar postgraduate education intititions, research institutions, which have highly qualified scientific-pedagogical and scientific personnel, modern scientific research, experimental and material resources.
