Accommodation in a dormitory
For the organized settlement, the 1st year student is invited to arrive on the day specified in the call for study.
The procedure for settling in the dormitories of 1st year students:
- The settlement is carried out from August 25 to September 25. To check in, you must arrive on the day specified in the call for accommodation.
- On the basis of your passport, a certificate from the dean’s office and a call to study, you must obtain an accommodation order from the head of the dormitory and register with him/her and the dormitory passport officer (your passport must have a stamp of discharge from your permanent place of residence). You can find out the location of the passport officer from the head of the dormitory.
- Undergo a medical examination at the student clinic of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute at 18/2 Yangel St. (you must have a certificate with a mark on the fluorography).
- Students liable for military service must be registered for military service:
- – from August 25 to August 30 at the Military Mobilization Department (1st building, Large Physical Classroom);
– from September 01 to 25 at the department of the Solomianskyi District Military Commissariat in Kyiv. - With the warrant, a doctor’s and passport holder’s note (for those liable for military service – with a note from the Solomyansky District Military Commissariat in Kyiv), you must contact the head of the dormitory for accommodation.
- In the dormitory, sign an Agreement (Contract) with the campus administration for accommodation in the dormitory, familiarize yourself with the “Rules of Internal Regulations in the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute student dormitories, fire safety and pay for accommodation at least one month in advance.
- Get a pass to the dormitory in the pass office.
