Participation in the Carolo Cup 2018 competition of the AEMS-ED department
Participation in the Carolo Cup 2018 competition of the AEMS-EP department. As part of a bilateral meeting of the department’s teachers and partners from the University of Applied Sciences of Hessen (Germany), the terms of participation in the prestigious international student competition Carolo Cap , which is held at the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany) with the support of leading German automobile concerns, were discussed to find gifted young specialists, with a perspective their further employment. The idea of the competition is to create by teams of students electromechanical systems for automatic control of unmanned electric vehicles (reduced copies) and their competition in several disciplines: automatic parking, movement on a free track, bypassing obstacles, driving through an intersection. A decision was made to prepare a joint student team that will participate in the Carolo Cup – 2018 competition.
From the German side, the following took part in the seminar: Dr. O. Kuznetsov – professor, deputy dean of the Faculty of Informatics, Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics; M. Zaluski – employee of the international department of the University of Applied Sciences of Hessen, coordinator of partnership relations with Eastern countries and developing countries; D. Neubauer is an employee of the Faculty of Informatics, Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics.
