The purpose of studying the credit module “Theory of electric drive-2. Coursework” is to prepare students in the field of design, research, commissioning and operation of modern electric drives and electromechanical systems.
The course work include the following items:
1. Technical characteristics of the drive of the specified mechanism.
2. Determining the parameters of the calculation scheme.
3. Calculation of mechanical characteristics, starting, braking and regulating resistances.
4. Calculation of transients.
5. Final check of the choice of the engine.
6. Development of the control scheme (with representation of a graphic part on A1 format)
