Engineering week “KPISchool” at the department of AEMS EP

The teachers of the AEMS-EP department took an active part in the “KPISchool” Engineering Week , which is traditionally held during the spring vacation for students of grades 8-11. The class was held on March 25, 2024 on the topic “Electric cars , robots and 3D printers: structure and functioning” .

Assistant Hanna Zemlyanukhina familiarized the students with the construction and principle of operation of the demonstration robot and 3D printer. After that, an educational tour of the department’s main laboratories was conducted.

Associate professor Mykola Pushkar and assistant Oleksiy Raychuk showed students an electric car created at the department and taught them how to drive it.

Everyone who wanted to was allowed to feel themselves in the role of an electric car driver. A ride on an electric car along Politekhnichnaya Street aroused considerable interest and enthusiasm among the students.
