The first calendar control in the spring semester of the 2020/2021 academic year
From 15.03 to 27.03, the first control of the implementation of the curriculum by students of the 1st-3rd year of Bachelor’s and 1st Year of Master’s programs is carried out. In the 4th Year Of Bachelors, a session is coming very soon, and in the 2nd year of Masters, practice tests are still underway – so they are not involved in calendar control.
Calendar control involves summing up the interim results of students ‘ implementation of an individual curriculum – whether you complete and pass all the provided types of work on time (laboratory work, homework, certain parts of calculation work and course projects/works, control work, etc.).
The basis for setting grades during the calendar control period is the results of current control accumulated by students during 7-8 weeks of study this semester. The condition for obtaining a positive rating from calendar control is the current rating of at least 50% of the maximum possible at the time of control in accordance with the RSO (item 3.3 “regulations on current, calendar and semester control of learning outcomes at the Igor Sikorsky KPI» )
The results of calendar control are entered by teachers in the corresponding calendar control module in the AIS “electronic campus” and are available to students for viewing in their personal accounts.
