Registration procedure for graduates of the Igor Sikorsky KPI 2021 who wish to enroll in the master’S program at the UEE
Step by step:
1.Log in to the Electronic campus system using your username and password (if you don’t have a username and password, contact the group’s curator).
2.in the left menu, select the section admission-2021 (Master’s degree).
3.read the information carefully, then select the “questionnaire”tab.
4.Check the data that was automatically pulled up for you in the questionnaire – last name, first name and patronymic, date of birth, passport data, taxpayer’s account card number. In case of disagreements (first or last name changed, passport changed) – make the necessary corrections and check carefully again.
5. Select the specialty in which you want to enroll in the master’s program. This is not the final choice that you will finally choose when applying for the contest. Registration for passing the UEE is carried out once for each applicant. The results of the UEE are counted for admission to any specialty (except 081 law, where you also need to pass the UEE2)
6. Select the Foreign Language (English, French, German, or Spanish) that you want to compose.
7. Select the locality where you want to make EVI.
8.for applicants of the specialty 081 law – select the locality for drawing up the EFVV. Please note that only applicants who have received a bachelor’s degree in the same specialty can enter the master’s program in specialty 081 law.
9. enter a valid phone number for communication.
10. enter a valid email address for communication.
11. if necessary, provide information about the need to create special conditions (if for medical reasons you can not pass the UEE and your disease belongs to the list of diseases and pathological conditions that give the right not to pass the EIT (joint order of the Ministry of education and science and the Ministry of Health No. 1027/900 of 29.08.2016) and condition codes (specified in the medical report on Form 086/3-o/y). Please note that if you have such a medical report, you will pass the entrance exam in a foreign language according to the same procedure and according to the test notebooks provided by UTSOKO, but at the Igor Sikorsky KPI. The presence of an illness and a medical report does not exempt you from passing the entrance test in a foreign language.
12.the exam sheet can be obtained by means of Postal Communication (New Mail or Ukrposhta), specify the necessary information (postal address in full with the index for Ukrposhta and the locality and branch number for New Mail. Sending is carried out at the recipient’s expense.
13. scan the identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine – book (1-2 pages) or ID card (both parties), in case of absence-a foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine (1-2 pages), permanent residence permit (all pages), save in one document in the format .jpeg/.jpg files up to 1 MB in size and upload them to the appropriate field of the questionnaire.
14 .scan the taxpayer’s account card and save it to a document in the following format.jpeg/.jpg files up to 1 MB in size and upload them to the appropriate field of the questionnaire.
15 .scan the photo for documents (white/light background) and save it to the document in the following format.jpeg/.jpg files up to 1 MB in size and upload them to the appropriate field of the questionnaire.
16. carefully check the entered data and uploaded documents.
17. Click “Save”. Your application form will be sent to the person responsible for registration.
18.keep track of changes in the status of your application form in the admission-2021 (Master’s degree) section. If you have any problems, please contact the faculty/Institute supervisor by calling the hotline.
