• p. 2. executive authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of the form of ownership to provide, for the period from 00:00 hours on March 20, 2021 to 00:00 hours on April 09, 2021, in order to limit the congestion of persons in transport and on the way to work (from work), to establish, with the preservation of wages, for employees the mode of remote (home) work, except for employees for whom it is impossible to establish a mode of remote (home) work due to the nature of tasks performed
▫️ According to these points, for the period of announced enhanced quarantine restrictions from 00:00 hours on March 20, 2021 to 24:00 hours on April 09, 2021, the Igor Sikorsky KPI operates in accordance with previously adopted orders and orders for the University. pay attention to the main thing:
• the entire educational process is transferred exclusively to remote mode (lectures, practical, laboratory classes, conducting research in laboratories; completing internships at the University, sessions, etc.);
• heads of structural divisions to extend the quarantine measures for partial transfer of employees to work in remote (flexible) mode, performing other types of work (organizational, methodological, scientific and other pedagogical activities, etc.) or switching to another mode of working hours, depending on the functional responsibilities and working conditions of employees of the structural division. Registration of downtime is possible only for good reasons.
• any face-to-face mass events at the University (receptions of delegations, seminars, meetings with partners, etc.) are postponed for the lockdown period.
